Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. I require 48 hours notice if you plan on cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. I understand emergencies happen and deal with those on a case by case basis.

If you cancel after the 48 hours, the card you listed on file when you booked your appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost. If you cancel more than 3 times, a deposit of 50% of the service is required. This is something you agree to when you book the appointment through Square.

What's your re-do policy?

If you are ever unhappy with the service you were provided, I typically allow re-dos within a 7 day window. Not liking the service you asked for and that was agreed upon during the consultation is not considered a redo. I do not offer refunds, however, I am willing to work with you to get the result you are looking for.

Should I come with clean or dirty hair?

Let's kill this myth! Two day hair is usually fine, but excess oils and product build-up can interfere with the color working properly. This includes root touch-up sprays.

Can you give me an exact estimate for my hair service?

Without an in-person consultation, it is impossible to give you an exact amount. Even with a consultation, I won't know certain factors (color usage, etc) without doing your hair. However, I will do my best to give you a range and discuss any upcharges that may occur.
